  • Supports clients in litigation-driven matters with a particular grounding in insolvency law, family law, and some commercial law.
  • Drafts liquidation applications, sequestration applications, rehabilitation applications, combined summonses, pleas, and a range of other applications and notices.
  • Assists with client consultations, matter preparation, and the day-to-day progression of contentious matters.
  • Works on High Court and Magistrates’ Court matters, including urgent, opposed, and unopposed proceedings.
  • Supports insolvency-related processes, including creditor meetings, proof of claims, subpoenas, and insolvency enquiries.
  • Coordinates with advocates, sheriffs, liquidators, and other parties to help keep matters moving properly through formal channels.
